Today is the first day of a blogger challenge I have started… Each day for 31 days I will have tasks I need to complete (some of which I will post and others probably not! – Don’t worry, the ones I am not posting are only not being posted as I assume they won’t be very interesting for readers – I’m not keeping secrets!
)
Anyway, today’s task was to create an “Elevator Pitch” for the blog. Obviously the idea is to really figure out what your blog is about… Which presents problem number one… What is my blog about? Nothing…? Everything…? Me…? Life. I guess, in my mind, too much to sum up into a neat little sentence describing something about nothing whist still being specific. (Confused yet?!)
Anyhow, I still managed to come up with my two as I am determined to complete this challenge. So here they are and please comment with opinions!
(Short version)
The semi-daily ramblings of a twenty-something dreamer girl living life out loud…
(Long version)
The semi-daily ramblings of a twenty-something, post-it obsessed, animal-loving dreamer girl living life out loud. Life is an adventure, so follow mine whilst your living yours… See where life takes me – the ups and downs of work, family, baby making and everything in between… This is my blog about nothing in particular, making it about everything, really. This is my life… Out loud.
I know its not very specific but neither is my blog I guess… And in my mind, life is way too much of an adventure to sum up like that. So what do you think?
On another note, I’m still unwell but managed to trek to Canberra yesterday for Mic’s birthday to see Avatar with my gorgeous hubby and our friends Marty and Greg. I liked it a lot. I think the hype for it (i.e. “OMGGGGGG Its the best movie everrrrrrrrr! I’ve seen it like sixteen timesss!”) sort of gave me higher expectations… The movie itself is definitely NOT the best I have ever seen – the storyline is typical, but I liked it nonetheless. The graphics however were standout. THAT is what made the movie. It was simply beautiful!
Anyway, I’m off for the day…
Until next time, I’ll leave you with this:

PS- Perhaps I should have included something about my obsessive quote sharing in my elevator pitch?
