Hubby was talking about how much he loved macarons the other day so I decided to attempt to make him some… Key word attempt! Welll…. They tasted like macarons but didn’t look at pretty. They were missing the gorgeous little “foot” that macarons get on either side of the sandwiched pieces… Really they were more like special chocolate cookies haha!
I WILL get them right one day and will take a million photos and feel uber proud of myself for conquering the French macaron! (not to be confused with macaroon!!)
