Why is it that when you aren’t feeling great and set yourself up for a nice early night you don’t sleep until after 4am? When you’re realllllly sleepy you just cant sleep – and ‘best’ of all, wake up only three or four hours later to start your day even though you want to sleep in…
So when you’re really tired you just can’t sleep and when you wake up and have stuff to do, all you can think about is sleeping. Just one of life’s many mysteries I guess! Perhaps if you never set yourself up for an early night in bed with some dvd’s planning to drift away into sleepy-land you’ll actually get to sleep haha!
Anyway, day has begun… I secretly hope to get an early night tonight, but I dont want to jinx myself!
